ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
10 -FOOT WIDE EASEMENT ACROSS LOTS 10, 11 AND 12,
IN BLOCK 7, OF FOURTH STREET ACRES ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain 10 -foot wide easement described as follows:
That certain ten (10) foot wide easement across
Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 7, of Fourth Street
Acres Addition to The City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, the centerline of said easement
lying one hundred forty-five (145) feet north of
the south lines of said Lots 10, 11 and 12, or
the north line of Washington Boulevard as now
established;
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title to
such property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law; and The City of Beaumont here-
by relinquishes any and all right, title and interest it had or may
have had in and to such easement.
PASSED by the City Council this 15th day of June, 1965.
