MONT, TEXAS, IN THE H.-WILI,IAMS LEAGUE, ABSTRACT 56,B`EAU-
MONT,,JEFFER'SON COUNTY, TEXAS..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain portion of an easement for utility purposes
in Lot 1, Block 21 Dowlen Manor Unit I. to the City of'Beaumont,
Texas, in the H. Williams League, Abstract 56, Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, more particularly described as follows,.to�wit:--
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2',.
Dowlen Manor Unit One,,to.'the City of Beaumont,Texas,
THENCE along the,first course North zero degrees ten
minutes thirty seconds East (N 00°10?3091E) for a -
distance of nine and twenty six one --hundredths (9.261)
feet to a point for 'corner;
THENCE along the second, course North fifty four degrees
eighteen minutes twenty three seconds East ('N 54°18T23ttE)
for a distance of one hundred twenty three and forty one --
hundredths (123.40") feet toa point for the Northeast
corner of easement;
THENCE along the third course 'South zero degrees ten
minutes thirty seconds West ('S 00°10130"W) at nine and
twenty six one-hundredths(9.26T)_feet past the South-
easterly line of Lot 1 and continuing for a total dis-
tance of eighteen and fifty-one one --hundredths (18.51T)
feet to a point for corner;
THENCE along the fourth course South fifty-four degrees

for a distance of one hundred. forty eight and eight one-»
hundredths..(148.08T) feet to a point for corner in the
West line of Dowlen Road.
THENCE along the fifth course North zero degrees ten

THENCE along the sixth and final course North fifty four
degrees eighteen minutes twenty three seconds East

eight one -hundredths (24.68?) feet to the place of be-
ginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that the title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of those
entitled thereto,, as provided by law.
