ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A CERTAIN
PORTION OF A TEN (10t) FEET WIDE EASEMENT FOR SEWER PUR-
POSES ONLY -HERETOFORE CONVEYED BY.ERICH MILLER TO THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain portion of an easement for sewer purposes
only, heretofore conveyed to The City of Beaumont by Erich Miller
lying and being situated in the County of Jefferson, State of Tex-
as, more particularly described as follows, to. -wit: -
BEING all of the 10t wide easement heretofore conveyed by
'Erich Miller to the City of Beaumont by instrument dated
June 16, 1955, recordedin Volume 984, Page 416 of the
Deed Records of Jefferson County, Texas, to which refer-
ence is here made for all purposes, SAVE AND EXCEPT the
most Westerly 92.39 feet thereof, the portion excepted
and reserved to the City of Beaumont being more particu-
larly described as follows.: -
BEING an easement 10 feet in width across a portion of lot
or block 94 lying 5 feet on each side of the following
described centerline: -
BEGINNING at a point in said West line in said lot or
block 94 at a distance of 355 feet North from its origi-
nal Southwest corner or the original North line of
College Street;
THENCE East along a lineparallel with and 355 feet North
of the South line of the original lot or block 94, 92.39
feet to the end of the 10 foot right of way reserved to
the City of Beaumont;
be and the samei.s hereby vacated and abandoned, and that the.
title to such property shall revert to and become the property
of those entitled thereto, as provided by law.
