30, 1966; and,
WHEREAS, certain changes were made during•the year involy-,
ing the figures for certain :funds, but said changes did not affect
the total amount of the budget so adopted; and,
WHEREAS, the City -Council ,i:s--of the opinion that the Appro-
priation Ordinance should, be amended..to reflect ';said changes;
NOW., THEREFORE-, BE IT -.ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF
BEA.UMONT, TEXAS:
Section 1.
That Section 2 of said Appropriation Ordinance adopted June
8, 1965.be amended to read as.follows:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE."ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDI-
NANCE" ADOPTING A BUDatT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 11
1965 -JUNE 30, 1966s PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THE 8TH
DAY OF JUNE, 1965.
WHEREAS, under date of June 8, 1965, the City Council passed
an ordinance entitled ItAnnual Appropriation Ordinancetf adopting; a
budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1965 and ending June
309 1966; and,
WHEREAS, certain changes were made during the year involv-
ing the figures for certain funds, but said changes did not affect
the total amount of the budget so adopted; and,
HEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the Appro-
priation Ordinance should be amended to reflect said'ehauges;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF
BEA,IUMONT, TEXAS:
Section 1.
That,Section 2.of said'Appropriation Ordinance adopted June
