THE NORTH RIGHT--OF-WAY LINE OF HARRISON AVE-
NUE TO THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE.OF ELEVENTH
STREET OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPLICATION OF APPROPRIATE
PENAi. PROVISIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
1.
That no person shall leave standing or park a motor
vehicle upon .any portion of'East 'Service Road, adjacent to
Interstate Highway 10 Eastbound, from the North right -of. -way
line of Harrison Avenue to the, West right -of --way line. of
Eleventh Street in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
2.
Any person who violates Section I above and any motor
vehicle parked or left standing in violation of said Section I
shall be subject to the provisions and penalties provided for
in the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont,.Texas,.applicable to
the illegal parking of motor vehicles.
