ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING .
A UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOTS NOS. THIRTY --ONE (31)
AND THIRTY -TWO -02) IN BLOCK NO. TWELVE (12)
OF CALDWOOD, UNIT 2, SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DE --
SCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain utility easement with the centerline location
being described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot No.
31, same being the southwest corner of.Lot
No. 32, in Bl.ock.No. 12 of Caldwood, Unit 2,
Subdivision;
Thence parallel to the common lot line be-
tween Lots 31 and -.32 for a distance -of 192.71
feet intersecting the northeast corner of Lot
No. 31, same being the southeast corner of Lot
No. 32; SAVE AND EXCEPT the West fifteen (15)
feet, therefrom;
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and The City of
Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all right, title and inter,
est it had or may have had in and to such easement.
