ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PROPER OFFI--
CIATS OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER
A DEED, WITHOUT WARRANTY, TO BEAUMONT INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICT CONVEYING THE MAGNOLIA ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL: PROPERTY SITUATED IN BLOCK NO.. NINE (9) OF
OAKWOOD.ADDITION-IN BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON -COUNTY, TEXAS,
AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY -THE CITY OF�BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute and
deliver for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont a deed, without
covenants or warranty of any kind, either express or implied,
conveying to Beaumont Independent School District the Magnolia
Elementary School property situated in Block No. Nine (9) of
Oakwood Addition in Beaumont,.Jefferson County, Texas, as more
particularly described herein, as follows:
Tots Nos. One (1) through Eighteen (18), inclu-
sive, in Block No. Nine (9) of Oakwood Addition
to The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
(being all of said Block No. Nine (9) according
to the map or plat of said Addition found of
record in Vol. 1, page 95 of the Map Records of
Jefferson County, Texas;
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said instru-
ment and to affix the seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
