THE SAME BEING LOTS 5 THROUGH 8, BLOCK B OF
SUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS 3 AND 12,,W. W. CHAISON
ADDITION IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,.JEFFERSON_
COUNTY, TEXAS; -AND 615 LAVACA, THE -SAME BEING
LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, -BLOCK B OF SUBDIVISION OF
BLOCKS 3 AND 12, W. W: CHAISON ADDITION IN .THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, TO BE
A PUBLIC NUISANCE, AND ORDERING THEM TO BE
DEMOLISHED WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS OR TO BE
DEMOLISHED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT;MAKING
FAILURE TO COMPLY A MISDEMEANOR; AND PROVIDING
FOR A LIEN FOR ANY EXPENSE INCURRED BY THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT 'IN HAVING SAID BUILDINGS DEMOLISHED;
AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
Section- 1.
The City Council of The City of Beaumont, Texas, hereby
finds and declares the buildings located at 4108 Highland Avenue,
the same being Lot 1 and the north one --half (1/2) of Lot 2,
Block A, W. W,: Chaison Addition in The City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas; and 616 Irby, the same being Lots 5 through 8,
Block B of the Subdivision of Blocks 3.and 12, W. W. Chaison
Addition in The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas; and
615 Lavaca, the same being Lots 1 through 4,'Block B of Subdivision
of Blocks 3 and 12, W..W..Chaison Addition in The City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, to be a.public nuisance, in that said
buildings constitute a fire hazard and are structurally unsafe.
Section 2.
In accordance with Article XVII, Section 2 of the Charter
and Section 13--20 of the Code -of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas,
it is hereby ordered that the owner of the buildings located at
4108 Highland Avenue, the same being L,ot.l.and the north one -.half
(1/2) of Lot 2, Block A,.W. W. Chaison Addition in The City of

Beaumont, Jefferson .Co.unty, Texas; .and . 616. Irby,. ' the .same being...
