THE CITY OF BEAUMONT TO, EXECUTE AND DELIVER A
QUITCLAIM DEED TO RAY McDILL, , CONVEYING.POR-
TION OF LOT THIRTY --FOUR (34) OF COLLEGE ACRES
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, I'EXRS, .AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF`BEAUMONT, TEXAS:

That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute and
deliver for and on behalf -of -The City of Beaumont a quitclaim
deed conveying to Ray MCDill the following described tract of
land, to wit:
A portion of Lot 'Thirty-fo-ar (34), College acres
Addition to The City of Beaumont, Jefferson Coun-
ty, Texas, being eighteen (18) inches of frontage
on College Street back to nine (9) inches at the-
rear
herear of lot 34;
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said in-
strument and to affix the seal of -The City.of Beaumont thereto.
