ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A.-
5 -FOOT STREET LIGHT EASEMENT ON LOTS TEN (10)
AND ELEVEN (11) BLOCK FOUR (4), FLEETWOOD ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS,
AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain 5 -foot wide easement for street light purposes
described as follows:
BEING that portion of a 5 -foot wide street light
easement between Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11)
Block Four (4), Fleetwood Addition to The City of
Beaumont, Texas and said portion extending from
the south line of Parish Street to the north line
of a 15 foot wide east -west utility easement along
the south lines of Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11);
and said portion being 5 feet wide and 117.5 feet long,
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and The City of
Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all right, title and interest
it had or may have had in and to such easement.
PASSED by the City Council this -day of April, 1967.
