JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AND ,THE- WEST -FOURTEEN

ADDITION,' AND: ALSO .THAT PORTION OF SAID ABANDONED
MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD ' COMPANY _RIGHT. OF WAY

That the Mayor be; and he is hereby authorized to
-execute and deliver for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont,
a quitclaim deed_ to Hilda W. .O'Neill` and Murrie Hannen,:-.'bar-
gaining, selling; releasing and to quitclaiming unto the
said Hilda W. O`Neill,and Murrie Hannen all of_its'right, title
and interest in and .to the following described tract or parcel
of.land lying in the'Noah'Tev s:League,. Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas,' knowci as:
.The.abandoned Missouri Pacific Railroad Company
right of way abutting Lot Eighteen (18); Block
Twenty-three (23)_ of the Jarrett Addition in the
Noah Tevis League, Beaumont, Jefferson County;.
Texas; and the West Fourteen. (14) Feet "of Lot
Seventeen (17) in Block. Twenty-two' .(22) of . thea
said -Jarrett Addition, and also that portion-
of
ortionof said abandoned Missouri Pacifid Railroad

That The City of Beaumont, a municipal corporation,
situated in Jefferson County,'Texas, for and in consideration
of the sum of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR to it.in hand paid by Hilda
W.. O'Neill, a feme sole, and Murrie Hannen, a feme sole, the
receipt of which is hereby.acknowledged, does by these pres-
ents BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE and FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto the .said
Hilda -W. O'Neill and Murrie Hannen, their heirs, administrators
and assigns, all of its right, title and interest in and to
.that portion of the tract or parcel of land lying in the Noah
Tevis League, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, known as the
abandoned Missouri Pacific Railroad Company right of way abut-
ting Lot Eighteen (18), Block Twenty-three (23) of the
Jarrett Addition in the Noah Tevis League, Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, and the West Fourteen (14) Feet of Lot Seventeen
(17) in Block Twenty-two (22) of the said Jarrett Addition,

as same was dedicated in said Jarrett Addition.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with
all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances
thereto in -any manner belonging, unto the_said Hilda W. O'Neill
and Murrie Hannen, their heirs, administrators and.assigns,
forever, so that neither the said The City of Beaumont, nor its
successors or assigns, nor any person or persons claiming under
it shall at any time hereafter have, claim or demand any right
