ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
THAT.PORTION OF.A WATER LINE EASEMENT IN LOT OR
BLOCK 130. OF COLLEGE.ACRES ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,.TEXAS, FULLY DE.-
SCRIBED

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that portion of an existing easement for water line purposes
only, in Lot or Block 130 of College Acres Addition, more parti-
cularly described as follows:
Being the east thirty (30) feet of that certain
easement for water line purposes only granted by
Ben J. Rogers by instrument dated September 28,
1959, recorded in Volume 1193, Page 71 of the
Deed Records of Jefferson County, Texas, and be-
ing more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the east line of Lot or
Block 130, College Acres Addition to The City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, at.a distance
of two hundred twenty-nine and four tenths (229.10
feet south of the northeast corner of said Lot or.
Block 130, said.point also being in the west line
of Lot or Block 129;
Thence.West along a line parallel with and two
hundred twenty-nine and four tenths (229.10 feet
distant from the north line of said Lot or -Block
130 thirty (30) feet to corner;
Thence South along aline parallel with and thirty
(30) feet distant from the east line of said Lot
or Block 130 ten (10) feet to corner;
Thence East along a line parallel with and two
hundred thirty-nine and four tenths (239.10 feet
distant from the north line of said Lot or Block
130 thirty (30) feet to cornerin east line of
said Lot or.Block 130 or the west line of said Lot
or Block 129.;
Thence North along -the east line of said Lot or
Block 130 or the west line of said Lot or -Block
129 ten (10) feet to the place of beginning;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
person entitled thereto as provided by law; and The City of
Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all right, title and interest

ENTITLED.AN 6RDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING THAT
PORTION OF A'1O-.FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOTS
1, 2, AND 3.OF,BLOCK 21 OF CALDER PLACE ADDITION,
TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS,
FULLY DESCRIBED HER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that portion of a 10• -foot wide utility. easement in Lots 1, 2,
and 3 of Block 21 of Calder Place,Addition,-more particularly-de-
scribed'as follows:
BEING that portion of a ten -foot (101) -wide utility
easement in Lots.l, 2 and 3' of Block 21 of Calder
Place Addition to The City of Beaumont, Texas; and
extending from a point thirty (30) feet north of the
north line of Harrison Avenue or the south line of
said Lot 1 to a point thirty-five (35) feet south of
the north line of said Lot 3; and said easement be-
ing along and adjacent to the east line of said Lots
1, 2 and 3 in said Block 21; and said easement being
:two hundred fifteen (215) feet in total length;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the per-
son entitled thereto..Is provided by law; and The City of Beaumont
hereby relinquishes any and all right, title, and interest it had or
might have had in and to such utility easement.
