ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PROPER OFFI--
CIALS OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER
A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED TO E. BURT WALKER., CONVEYING
A TRACT OF LAND IN BLOCK 13 OF THE VAN WORMER 2ND
ADDITION TO_THE. CITY_OF BEA.UMONT$ JEFFERSON -COUNTY,
TEXAS,, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY-OF,BEA:UMONT., TEXAS:
That the Mayor be., and he is hereby,, authori-zed.to-execute and
deliver for and on behalf of The City -of Beaumont a Special War-
ranty Deed conveying to E. Burt Walker the following described
tract of lands to wit:
Said tract of land being out of Block 13 of the,
Van Wormer 2nd Addition to The City of Beaumont.,
Texas, said tract being the remainder of Lots 1.,
2., 3_ -:=and 4; and. that portion of the 20 -foot alley
in Block 13 bounded on the south by the extension
of the common line between bots 4.and 5 on the
south, and on the north by the east line of the
50. -foot right of way for the Missouri Pacific's
spur; and that portion of Lots 9 and 10 lying east
of the 50 --foot Missouri Pacific's spur right of
way,, said tract being more fully bounded and de-
scribed as .follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the south
line of Cedar Street. said corner being the north,
west corner.of Lot 1 of Block 13 .of the Van Wormer
2nd Addition to the City of Beaumont;
THENCE South 890 59" East along the south line of
Cedar Street and the north line of'Lot 1. a distance
of 57.4 feet to an iron pin for corner, said corner
being in the west right..of-way line of Eleventh
Street;
THENCE south along the west line of Eleventh Street
a distance of 50 feet to an iron pin for corner in
the dividing line of Lots 1 and 2.;
THENCE South 4° 13' 3011 West along the west line of
Eleventh Street a distance of 15,0.42 feet to an iron
pin for corner in the dividing line between Lots 4
and 5;
