ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VAC.ALTING AND ABANDONING THAT PORTION OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 133 VAN WORMER 2ND ADDITION LYING OUTSIDE OF THE 50 -FOOT MISSOURI PAC- IFIC SPUR IN SAID BLOCK= AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT3 TEXAS. - That that portion of the alley in Block 133 Van Wormer 2nd Addition to The City of Beaumont., Texas., lying outside of the 50 --foot Missouri Pacific spur passing in and across a por- tion of Block 13 of the above addition., said portion of said alley being more fully described and bounded as follows. - BEGINNING at an iron pin in the northwest corner of Lot._1 of Block 13 of the Van Wormer 2nd Addi- tion, said corner being in the south line of Cedar Street and in the east line of a 20 -foot alley; THENCE south 00 30' East along the west line of the east one half of Block 13 of the above Addition, a distance of 358.7 feet to the south line of -said Block 13 to an iron pin for corner in the north right-of-way line of the Southern Pacific and Mis- souri Pacific rights of way; THENCE easterly along the north line of said rail- road right of way to the west line of the 20 -foot alley to a point for corner, said corner being the southeast corner of Lot 7 of Block 13 of fthe above Addition; THENCE North 00 30' West along the east line of the west one half of said Block 13 to a point for cor- ner in the easterly right -6f -way line of the said Missouri Pacific spur, said point being south 109.8 feet from the northeast corner of Lot 12 of :','Block 13 of the above addition; THENCE Northeasterly along the east right=of-way line of said Missouri Pacific spur along a curve whose radius is 463.53 feet and the degree of curve is 120 221, a distance of 112.2 feet to the place of beginning; be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such portion of said alley shall revert to and become the prop- erty of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law. 1963.
