BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Mayor.be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute and
deliver for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont five ($)e special
warranty deeds, conveying to the parties named the tracts of land
described below:

To Carl Biggers a tract of land described as follows. -
Being the remaining:easterly portion of Lot 14, Block
17:o Van -Wormer 2nd.Addition to The City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, and the Westerly one half of
the abandoned 20 -.foot alley abutting same, ,lying east
of 'Interstate 10. -South.
