ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE_ ,AUTHORIZING -THE- -PROPER
OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT TO EXECUTE AND
DELIVER A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED TO MILLER-VIDOR.
LAND COMPANY CONVEYING BLOCKS 5 AND 6 .OF McFADDIN
HEIGHTS IN THE.CITY OF BEAUMONT: JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS; MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:,
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute and
deliver for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont the Special
Warranty Deed dated March 13 1963, conveying to Miller -.Vidor band
Company the following described tract of land,'situated in Beau--
mont,.Jefferson County, .Texas:
Blocks 5 and 6 of McFaddin Heights, according
to the official map of The City of Beaumont;
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said instru-
ment and to affix the seal of The City.of Beaumont thereto.
