THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, AN INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT AGREEMENT WITH
PPG INDUSTRIES, INC., AND AUTHORIZING AND DIREC-
TING THE CITY CLERK TO ATTEST THERETO.

Whereas, The City of Beaumont, has, by Ordinance No.
established an industrial district comprising a part of
its extraterritorial jurisdiction and desires to enter into a
contract with the owner of land within said district;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Mayor, James D. McNicholas, be and he is hereby author-
ized and directed to execute, on behalf of The City of Beaumont,
the Industrial District Agreement, dated 1-7 ,
1968, with PPG Industries,Inc., and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to attest thereto.
