ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A TEN (10) FOOT UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
LYING FIVE (5) FEET ON EITHER SIDE OF THE
COMMON LOT LINES OF LOTS THREE (3) AND FOUR
(4), BLOCK TWO (2), WILLOWBEND ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That general utility and drainage easement, as hereinafter
described, in The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, said easement
to be abandoned being described as follows, to wit:
A ten (10) foot utility and drainage easement
lying five .(5) feet on either side of the
common lot lines of Lots Three (3) and Four
(4), Block Two.(2), Willowbend Addition to The
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
PASSED by the City Council this day of July, 1968.
