ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A TRAILER PARK
PERMIT PURSUANT TO SEC. 42-25.1 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS, UPON PORTIONS
OF LOTS 104, 105, and 106 OF COLLEGE ACRES
.ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS, FULLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING R.EGULATIONS.APP
LICABLE TO SUCH'.PERMIT; AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
WHEREAS, a request has been made for a trailer park permit
upon the hereinafter described land, same has been referred
to the Planning and'Zoning Commission, public hearing has
been held thereon and report made by said Commission;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
Section 1.
'That pursuant to Section 42-25.1 of the Code of Ordinan-
ces of Beaumont; Texas, a special permit for a trailer park
upon the following described tract of land, to wit:
Being all of Lots 104, 105, and 106 of College
Acres Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, save and except that portion of
said lots presently located inside the right -of -
way -of Interstate Highway 10 and College Street,
and containing 1.264 acres, more or less,
is hereby granted subject to the"conditions, including time
limitation, set forth in Section 2 hereof.
Section 2.
The above described land may be used for a trailer park
subject to the following regulations
(a) The trailer park shall contain no more than two (2)
mobile homes or trailer coaches occupied for resid-
ential purposes.
(b) The trailer park permit herein granted shall be valid
and in effect for only so long as the tract of land
above described is used for the purpose of retail
sales of mobile homes, and upon the discontinuance of
such use, such permit shall terminate and said land
shall not thereafter be used as a trailer park.
Section 3.
Any person who violates any provision of this ordinance or
fails to comply therewith, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor:_
and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in Section
1-8 of the Code,of ordinances of -Beaumont, Texas, and each day
such violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a
separate offense.
