Repealing an ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance levying and as-
sessing a tax on the lots, parts of lots, blocks or tracts of
land., where not didided into lots or blocks, fronting or abut-
ting on Main Street from the end of old pavement to College
Street, in the City of Beaumont, for tiro -thirds of the cost of
paving and all of the cost of curbing Main Street from the end
of. old pavement to College Street, and declaring said tax a .
lien upon the said,-rro.pzrty . and a -f er_sonal charg0- upon the ow.,-
ner or owners.- thereof, and providing a time when said tax shall, j
become due and payable" , passed and rpproved the 7th day of
Octobers 1903, and recorded in the' - inutes o.f ordinance, Eook
