An Ordinance.
Defining; the "Sewer District" of the City of Beaumont.
Be It Ordained By The City Council of the City of Beaumont: -
That Article 425',Chapter XXXXIII of.
the Revised civil ordinances of this city be amended so as to hereafter
read as follows: -
Art 425. All the territory within the- corporate -limit-s of thio- city —`-_-
which shall border on or lie _hundred feet of -any main or
lateral sewer now constructed or that may hereafter be. constructed by
the City of Beaurnont,shall*constitute the "Sewer District" of this city
and all property owners within such territory -shall be required to con -

lateral.sewer as may be within such distance of their property
