Beaumont at a regular session thereof held May 7th, 1907 and
recorded on page 431 and 432 en Minute Book of Ordinance No.l.
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Beaumont:
That section 2 of an Ordinance providing for the levy, assessing
and collecting of taxes for the year 1907 and recorded on pages
431 and 432 of Ordinance Book No.l be amended so as to hereafter
read, as follows:
Section 2. That there is hereby levied and shall be col_lectrd
on all occupations and callings on which an occupation
tax is levied by the State of Tpoas a sun equal to one
half of the amount so levied by the. State of Texas on
each respective occupation or calling.
Passed by the City Council this the 19th day of July 1907, and
approved by the Mayor this the l9th day of July 1907.

431 and 432 of Ordinance Nook No.l be amended so as to hereafter
read as follows:
Section 2. That there is hereby levied and shall be collected
on all occupations and callings on which sin -occupation
tax is levied by the State of Tesas a sum equal to one
half of the amount so levied by the.State of Texas on
each respective occupation or calling.
Passed by the City Council this the 19th day of July 1907, and
approved by the Mayor this the 19th day of July 1907. j
