Be it Ordained by the Cit„r.Council of the City of Beaumont: Section!. One cent -and two mills.(.012). To the interest and sinking fund of the Refunding Bonds, dated April,l, 1899. One cent and two mills. -(.012). To the interast and sinking fund of Fvmding Bonds, dated August, 5, 1899, one cent and one mill( -.Oil) . To the interest and sinking fund of Sewerage Bonds, dated Tune, 1, 1901, five cents and eight mill(.058).._ To the, interest and sinking fund of Paring Bonds dated June,1,1901, three cents and two mills,(.032). That the City Tax Assesor and Collector is hereby instructed to prorate the s:+id sum of fiff cents, according to the provisions of this.ordinaqce, and to so prepare his statement and reports to the usurer, that s -,id- officer may be able to place all collections City Tre made under said tax to the credit of the proper fund, and the xame shall not be. diverted or used for any other pur-pose . Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its final passage, and approval by the Magor.
