CITY OF BEAUMONT .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, That in
cans���eraticiz—of- t� 3.�e b�nefats already_ re-ceFed_ and to be receiv, and
other valuable considerations, that the entire alleyway extending between
lots num;ered 544, 545, 546, 547 and 548 on the west and lots numbered
549, 550, 551, 552 and 553 on the east, in block numbered 3 (three), ac-
cording to the map of ,the old town of Beaumont, be and the same is hereby
given, demised and granted to Gustave A. Jahn, to be by him, his succes-
sors and assigns,.used and appropriated in connection with the abutting
property as a site for a rice milling plant and its warehouses:,,and.-ap
