Be it orcail_ed by the City Council of the City of Beatu:2ont: Section_ I. That an election be held by the . qualified property taxpayir_g voters of the City of Beauriont on the eleventh day of September I900,' at which election there shall be submitted to a vote of the qualified voters who are property taxpayers of the City of Beaumont a proposition_ for the issuance of bonds of said City in the ar!io,int of One Hundred and#�34zaa-e—& Dollars (0II6.-O0O0'I for the purpose of extending; `he Waterviork System, Drainage System and Paving System for the said City; said bonds to be payable forty years from their date, with the right reserved by the City to pay ',hems any time after t�.-renty years from their date, and shall bear interest at the rate of five (5) per cert per a�-.num, interest payable semi aiuivally.
