Ordering the paving of portions of :streets in the City of Bear

the said paving - - -
WHEREAS, the City Council d!;�era) it necessary to pave the herein-
after described portions of streets in the City of Beaumont, Texas;
Therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Beaumont:
Section 1. That Sabine street, from Crockett to Bowie streets,
exciucling the intersections, and Calder Avenue, from Pearl to Keith
street, including the Pearl street intersection, be paved upon the
terlils and under -the Carie conditions, acid as a pa -rt of the contract
entered into between the City of Beaumont and Parker -17a shington CorL?-
pally of state Ifarch, 15th, 1902.

Section 2. That the oi,rners of property abetting on the here-
inabove designated portions of streetspay thQ entire cost of 'Ghe,
said having, including-abar._ and materials, save and except that the ;
Beaimiont Street Railyray Company shall be liable for and shah. -;gay

Section That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the date of its passage and ap=proval.
