cycle Riding and Injury to Plants and Other Property� and the Hitching of
Horses -to the Trees and Guards on the Outer Walk, and Making It a Penalty
to Violate This Ordinance.
- BE IT ORDAINED --BY-THE- CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY --OF BEAUMONT-: - --- --
section 1. That it shall be a penal offense, and all persons are
forbidden, ' to ride on a bicycle in or , through the City Park, or on any of
the walks thereof; or to pt1l the flowers or in any manner to injure or
deface the plants, trees and other property connected with or belonging

to the City Park; or to throw stioks,or other obstacles in the basin in
the City Park; or to hitch horses to the trees of said park or the guards
on the outer walk thereof.
Section 2. 4ny person violating the provisions of this ordinance
