Section 1. That the Texas & New Orleand Railroad Company be,
and it is - hereby, granted the privilege and right to construct aside
track across Main Street in said City, just South of where its Main
11rhe now crosses said Street from a point of connection East of said
Street rui-ining in a Westerly direction across said Main Street par-
allel -with and South of its main line past its new fM(rt.
depot to
a,connection with tts side track now running across Street
South of its Alain line, said connection to be_ nade East of said Gr44pk-
Street.
Section 2: The right and privilege- is -further granted -to said
Railroad Company to make, a slight change -yin the course of said last
named track across said Crockett-Streett., if found necessary by said
proper
