-:BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:-
See :;I.That Article 232 of Chapter-XXII of the Revised Civil and Crimina-
Ordinances defining the boundaries of the Fire District of the City,be
so amended as to embrace the following territory to,wit :
Begining at a centrall point at- the intersection of Main and Forsyth

center of Pearl Street. Thence South East along Pearl Street I20 feet.
Thence South West to and along the South boundary line of Lot 293 in
Block 39 to the South West corner of said Lot I93. Thence North West
along the South We;;t boundary line of Lot I93 to the center of Forsyth
Street.Thence South West along the center of Forsyth Street to a point
opposite the South West boundary line of Lot 328 in Block 50.Vhence
North West with the South West boundary line of'Lot 3I8 across Lot 320
and along the South West boundary line of Lot 325 in Block 50 and
continueing North West 'across Fannin Street to the South West boundary
line of Lot 330 in Block 51 and continueing North West aerosc Lot 340
and along the South West boundary line of Lot 337 in said Block 5I to the
center of Bogie Strebt. Thence South West along the center of Bowie Street
to a central point at the intersection of Bowie ann Sabine Streets.

Sec.2: That this oaldinance shall take effect and be in force.from and
after its passage and approval.,,
