Beaumont:
Sec. 1: Be it ordianed by the City Council of. the City of.
Beaumont; That from and after the passage of this ordi_nanoo_ it shall
be unlawful for the occ,zpant of any house, boarding house, hotel or
restaurant, or any other person, to connect any slop sink, sink basin,
or other recepticle for the deposit of kitchen slops,_or refuse con-
taining any vegitable matter whever, to connect the same with or dis-
charge the same into any sanitary sewer in the City of Beaumont;
Sep, 2: That any such connection now made, be and the same is
hereby declared a nuisance, and the Street, Commissioner is hereby
instructed to have thy: same abated.
Sec. 3: That all ordinances or parts -of ordinances in -conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
