SEC. I. That any company now occupying
any paved street or portion thereof in the City of Beaumont,,
shall when ordered by the City Council of the City of `Beaumon

ew�trrerrove its track from such paved street, or portion thereof,

and re -construct its road bed upon concrete foundation accord
ing to the plans and specifications prepared by the Cit
Engineer of the City of Beaumont. And no com-
parry shall .hereafter occupy any paved street or portion then
of in the City of Beaumont. -without constructing its _road bed
as provided in this section of this Ordinance.
SE(14. 2. That any , 4 fi r company occupying any
street or portion of street in the City of Beaumont,orde-red
paved by the City Council of the City of Beaumont,

SEC.
3.

SEC. 4: If any company shall fail or

refuse to rove its tracks from any street cid. pavednb
City Council of the City 'of Beaumont as provided in Sectionp�
of this Ordinance, the City Council shall order the removal of
the track and appurteances thereto from the sadd. street or
portion thereof, and such a company shall have no
right to occupy the said street or portion thereof, until it
shall have com_ lied with the provisions of this Ordinance.
But -the City Council may at its option have said vrork done
under the su�eriviiion of the City Engineer and ch2rge'the cost
thereof to said railcompany.
SECS. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage
