Granting to .the Texas & New Orleans Railroad Company a Franchise
to lay a track froryi its main line runnin-g north and south on the
west side of the City, .along Bonham Street, to the intersection of
Bibb Avenue.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council
of the C i.ty . of Beaumont
SECTION I'. that, the Texas. &•New 'Orl,eans
Railroad Company be and it . is hereby granted the -.right. and
privilege. to construct a spur, track fra_rn ,a connection- with its
main track running -north and, south on the west side of. the City,
along and -upon. Bonham Street crossing.,Avenue' "B." and Avenue "A"
to the intersection. of Bibb Avenue.
VECTION II. Said Texas & New Orleans Railroad
Comp ariy shall immediately upon the construction of said spur.
track along said Bonharr. Street, restore, said- street and crossings
as nearly as practicable to their former condition, and shall
keep sai d crossings in repair an(T.'.do . all. things with reference
to said streetAwhich is- novor may hereafter be required by .the..
charter and ordinances of the .City of Beaumont.

ordinance take effect immediately,upon -its passage..
