A, N O R D I N A N C E
"Prohibiting the pasting, painting and stencilling
of signs and advertisements on the side -:calks, pavements,

curb -stones, public buildings or other public property, with-
in the climits of the city of Beaumont.

SEC. I. That it shall be unlawful for any person to paste,
paint, stamp or stench any sign, picture, char a6ter,
ii rradvertisement of any kind upon any side'�;?1pavement.,

curbstone, public building or other public property,, within
the limits of the city of. Beaumont.
SEC II. An

fined in any sum not less than One Dollar, and hot -more

SEC. III. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
