Prohibiting any person or persons from standing or
congregating upon the pavement or siege -walk of +the City of
Beaumontp and providing for any violation:
BE IT ORDAINED, -by the City'council of the City of
Beaumont:
SEC. I. That it shall not be lawful for any person or
number of persons to stand or congregate upon any pavement
or -side -walk in the City of Beaumont in such manner, or
for such length of time, as to obstruct or inconvenience
tedestrians, who may be going to or fro in any direction
on such pavement or sine -walk.
_ SEC. I.I.. -Any person violating this ordinance. -'shall ---be- -" --
fined in any sum not less than One Dollar nor more .than

Twenty-five Dollars.
SEC. III. That this ordinance shall take effect and -be
