heretofore levied and ordered to be collected by an Qrdinance. passed by
the City Council of Beaumont and' approved by the, Mayor of Beaumont Texas
on theday of 1905, and which Ordinance is.recorded-in Book-
1page ~4of th Ordinance a Record of said City.
Be It Ordained By the City,Council of the City of Beaumont',Tekas:-
Section 1.
That the taxa of fifty, cents on each one hundred dollars valuation of all" -
taxable property within the limits. -:of the city of Beaumont as .levied and
ordered -to be collected 'by an Ordinance passed by the' City,Council of the
City of Beaumont on, theday of-__- 190.5,be and the same is here-
by apportioned among. -the various interes and Bond S-inking,Funds as fol-
lows: -
To the Interest and Sinking Flind of the Sewerage 'Bonds of 1891y,one cent
and three mills;
,.//-To the Intere�'t and Sinking Fund of the Water Works Bonds of 1891,one cent
and three mills;
To the Interest and Sinking Fund of the Water Works and:Street Paving
Bonds . of 1898. one cent and five mills;
To the Interest and Sinking Fund of the Refunding Bonds dated:,April lst
1899,one cent, and five' mills; ,
For the Interest and Sinking Fund of the Funding Bonds .of August 5th 1899
one cent and five mills;
For the, Interest and Sinking Fund of the Sewerage Bonds dated June let
1901,seven cents;

Section'2. .. b
That the City Tax Collector is hereby instructed to pro -rate the said sun
of -fifty cents accro.ding to the pro.vi.sions of this Ordinance and to' so
prepare his 'statemerit's 'and reports to the City Treasuer.' that said officer
may be able to place all collections made under, said tax to,..the credit of
the proper .fund, and "the sa me shall not be diverted -or used for' 'any other
purpose.
Section 3o' -�
That all Ordinances 'or parts -of Ordinances in conflict herewith be_and
thesame is hereby repealedland this Ordinance shall take effect and b.e in
force from and after its final -passage--and=-approval by the- Mayor-.
