Be It Ordained,By The,. City Council of the City of Beaumont Texas".
Section_. 1. That an Ordinance passed and approved on the 16th,.day of May
1905 providing for the issuance of %four(4) bonds of the City of Beaumont
to be knovm as School-,House'Repair Bonds of the denomination of $500.0o
each d.levying a tax' to pay the interest and create a sinking fund to
redeem such bonds,be and the same•is hereby in.all things'repealed.
Section 2.That• the •City Treasuer of the .City of -Beaumont is lie' eby intr-
structed to cancel and destroy the aforesaid four School House Repair.,,
