That the tax.of fifty. cent's (50 cts) on each one hundred dollars valuation of xll - taxable property within , the limits of the City of Beaumont,levied assessed and ordered collected to pay.the,,outstariding.ponded indebtedness of said City,so levied assessed and ordered collected by an Ordinance. duly adopted by ,the City' Council .'of said., City on the 4th day ,of• May '1904,be and the same is hereby apportioned and shall be applied as follows: - To the payment of • interest and sinking fund on the Sewrage.
