ENCLOSING SAME.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Beaumont,-

Section 1.
Any and all persons are hereby forbidden to driTe an,,r i

ing any pubr priTate park or lawn in the City of Beaumont or

Secti-on 2.
Any per sonviolating any of the provisions of the pre-

coding section hereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and

one hundred dollars.
Section 3.
That the rule requiring ordinances to. be read at -three
sepa,ate meetings of the City Council''ibe suspended, and that this
ordin'an.ce be placed upon its third reading and f i,r_al passage at
once, and that it take effect immediately upon the publication there-
of.
