house, bone boiler, soap making establishment, brick yards,
livery atable, horse lots and stock pens, within a

City of Beaumont .
SECTION II.
The terms "Livery stable;"horse lot, or"stock pen"
as used in this ordinance,. shall include any stable or stables,
stall or stalls, erg or other eosure Ln iY }ch there ahal)_ be

horses, mules, 'tours or other ve stock of any kind, -the whole

SECTION
Any person or persons violati ng the provisions of
the foregoing ordinance shall upon conviction, :be fined in any
