has been presented, requesting that the alley therein be
closed and. vacated.

That the alley located_ in the Minter Addition
on
and south side of Block 4 -of the kcGovern Addition to the
City of Beaumont, be and the same is hereby authorized_ to
be closed and vacated_, and the title to such alley shall
revert to and become the property of the respective owners
bordering on said alley, as provided by law, provided, hotiv-
ever, that the closing and vacating of said alley shall in
no ZRray affect the rights of the City as to placing and main-
taining or permitting the placing and maintaining therein .of
any sewer or water lines, telephone, telegraph, or electric
lines, wires, poles, or cables, or any other service or
utility of the City or permitted therein, or the right to
brant fr. anchises to persons or corporations to place and
maintain therein any such sewer or water lines, telephone,
telegraph, or electric lines, wires, poles, or cables, or
any other service .or utility of the City or used therein, all
of which rights are hereby reserved.
