An Ordinance granting to the T. & N. 0. R. R. Co.
a franchise to cross Main Street with spur track.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of

Sec:. First.
That the Texas & New Orleans Railroad Compal be, and
i,t is hereby,grant.ed the r.-ight•and privilege to extend its certain
spur track situated on the_ North side of its main line and Fast of
Main Streit (known a -s the LWrigham tr,�o�k:)� Wes/iward'across said
Main Street �af a point bet7'een ,20; and,30) feat from main 13ne:
Seca Second.
The work when begun shall be completed as speedily
as possible, and the street at the point of crossing restored as
nearly as 'practicable. to its -former condition and so maintained
said railroad,as�provided by the charter and ordinances of the
o�
City of Beaumont may be hereafter provided by! the charter and or-
