BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) all -terrain vehicle (ATV)
for use by the Water Reclamation Department from Kubota Tractor Corporation, of
Grapevine, Texas, in the amount of $13,632.56 through the BuyBoard Cooperative
Purchasing Program; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Council hereby approves the
purchase of five (5) mowers for use by the Parks and Recreation Department and Water
Production Department from Kubota Tractor Corporation, of Grapevine, Texas, in the
amount of $44,477.90 through the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program; and,
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase
of one (1) utility tractor for use by the Solid Waste Department from Kubota Tractor
Corporation, of Grapevine, Texas, in the amount of $27,983.77 through the BuyBoard
Cooperative Purchasing Program.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
