BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a Freightliner M3-106 rear load
garbage truck for use by the Solid Waste Department from Houston Freightliner, of
Houston, Texas, in the amount of $134,300.00 through the Houston -Galveston Area
Council (H -GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
October, 2018.
