BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to PM Construction &
Rehab, LLC, of Houston, Texas, in the amount of $55,940.00 through the BuyBoard
Cooperative Purchasing Program to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services
necessary for renewal of 246 feet of the 24 -inch diameter concrete line by cured -in-
place pipe rehabilitation methods related to the Florida Avenue 24 -Inch Sewer
Rehabilitation Project; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute a contract with PM Construction & Rehab, LLC, of Houston,
Texas, for the purposes described herein.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
