BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase and installation of two (2) Low -Lift
two stage pumps for use by the Public Works Department for the Irving Avenue
underpass from PEMSCO, of Beaumont, Texas, a sole source provider, in the amount
of $94,335.20.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
June 2018.
