BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a ZM 12607 Blower Package
for use by the Water Utilities Department from Atlas Copco Compressors, LLC, of
Houston, Texas, a sole source provider, in the amount of $59,209.00 for the
replacement of a blower system at the Sewer Treatment Plant.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
June, 2018.
