BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont Retirement Health Savings Plan is hereby terminated
effective December 31, 2017; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Matrix Trust Company currently serving as
non -discretionary Trustee of the Plan be removed as Trustee effective the date of the
termination.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
December, 2017.
