BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to Neon Electric
Corporation, of Houston, Texas, in the amount of $102,915.00 for the construction of
nine (9) 7' x 14' bus shelters at various City locations; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute a Contract with Neon Electric Corporation, of Houston, Texas, for
the purposes described herein.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21st day of
November, 2017.
