BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of twelve (12) golf carts for use by
the Henry Homberg Golf Course from the E -Z -Go division of Textron, Inc., of Augusta,
Georgia, in the amount of $58,053.00 through the National IPA Cooperative Purchasing
Program.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
October, 2017.
