BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Marc McDonald is appointed. to the Convention and Tourism Advisory
Committee to fill the unexpired term of Richard James. The term will commence
September 12, 2017 and expire September 30, 2017.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
September, 2017.
